Kohl’s headquarters are based in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin which is a suburb of Milwaukee. Kohl’s are operating over 1,100 stores in 49 states. Kohl’s is only 2^nd to Macy’s in the US when it comes to sales wise and just ahead of J.C. Penney as the largest department store chain in the number of stores.

Kohl’s is a public company and traded in NYSE under ticker of KSS. Target is also an S&P 500 component.
